The warehouse will inspect merchandise sent back for an exchange and reserves the right to reject returns. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.

NOTE: For Exchange, shipping charges must be paid by customer while return.

Any customer purchasing goods online will have 3 days to return their product for the exchange.
