At PARIDHAN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our cancellation terms below.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order any time before it has been packed and dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched — whether via our local delivery team or our courier partner — it can no longer be cancelled. You may still be eligible to return the product after delivery; please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please have your order number ready. We will confirm via email or WhatsApp whether your order can still be cancelled.
Refunds on Cancellation
All orders on paridhanahmedabad.com are prepaid. If your cancellation request is accepted before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days.
Order Changes
We are currently unable to modify an order (size, item, address) once placed. To make a change, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
