Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At PARIDHAN, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions below.
Products purchased during any sale event (including the Independence Day Sale) are final sale. No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are accepted on sale-event purchases, store-wide, regardless of product category.
For non-sale purchases, items marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
For eligible items, products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with the product tags intact. Returns received without tags will not be processed and will be sent back to you at your cost.

This section applies only to non-sale purchases eligible under Section 1.
Store pickup orders: Please visit our store at Zalak Complex, Bhatta, Paldi, Ahmedabad to process your return or exchange.
Home-delivered orders: You may either visit the store directly, or request a return from the Orders section of your account. Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup.

A flat contribution of ₹50 per order applies toward return or exchange shipping on eligible items. PARIDHAN covers the remaining courier cost above this amount.
This ₹50 is waived and refunded to you as store credit in cases of a confirmed genuine damaged or defective product.

If you receive a damaged or defective product — including items purchased during a sale event — you must share an unedited unboxing video of the sealed package being opened. This video is mandatory — claims without it cannot be approved.
Damaged or defective products are handled under this section regardless of the final-sale terms in Section 1. Once approved, any applicable ₹50 contribution is refunded as store credit.

On receiving an eligible return, we inspect it against the conditions above (unused, unwashed, tags intact, original packaging, unboxing video where applicable).
If the return does not meet these conditions, it will not be approved for refund and will be shipped back to you at your cost.

Approved refunds are issued as store credit within 7 days of inspection, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
We don't offer cash or bank refunds.
Shipping charges paid at checkout (if any) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
