- Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within Gujarat, and above ₹3,000 for the rest of India. Below these amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay.
- Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.
- Estimated delivery within 10 working days of dispatch, depending on your location.
- Tracking details are shared with you as soon as your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
This item is not eligible for return or exchange. For personal hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks and similar items cannot be taken back once delivered — the same standard we have applied in our store since 1986.

Sale Purchases Are Final
Any product purchased during a sale event is final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on sale-event purchases, store-wide, regardless of category — including the Independence Day Sale running 15–23 August 2026.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Non-returnable does not mean unprotected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will replace it or issue store credit at no cost to you — we cover the return pickup in full. This applies to sale purchases too. An unedited unboxing video of the sealed package is required to process this claim, so please record it while opening your parcel, and contact us within 5 days of delivery.
