Any product purchased during a sale event is final sale. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted on sale-event purchases, store-wide, regardless of category — including the Independence Day Sale running 15–23 August 2026.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item

Final sale does not mean unprotected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue store credit at no cost to you — no ₹50 deduction, and we cover the return pickup in full. This applies to sale purchases too. An unedited unboxing video of the sealed package is required to process this claim, so please record it while opening your parcel, and contact us within 5 days of delivery.
