Returns & Exchange
This item cannot be returned or exchanged. For personal hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks and similar items cannot be taken back once delivered — the same standard we have applied in our store since 1986.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Non-returnable does not mean unprotected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or issue full store credit at no cost to you — we arrange and pay for the pickup. An unedited unboxing video of the sealed parcel is mandatory for this, so please record it while opening. Raise the claim within 5 days of delivery.
Store Credit
All refunds are issued as store credit within 7 days of inspection, valid for 6 months, usable online or in store. We do not provide cash or bank refunds.
